“适应体育”教学对运动弱势大学生体育态度影响的研究

摘  要:探讨"适应体育"对运动弱势大学生体育态度的影响。选取某高校部分运动弱势大学生作为实验对象,进行12周"适应体育"教学进行干预,测定并比较实验前后两组被试的体育态度相应指标。结果显示:实验后对照组与实验组的体育态度各维度得分均有所提高,且实验组提高的程度更为明显,呈极显著性差异(P<0.000)。结论:"适应体育"教学模式进行的体育学习和锻炼对运动弱势大学生体育态度有积极的影响,且比传统体育教学模式更有效。To investigate the influence of "to adapt to sports" on the sports attitude of weak sports college students, this paper has chosen a part of weak sports college students as subjects, intervented them with teaching of"to adapt to the sports" for 12 weeks, and determined and compared the corresponding indicators of 2 groups of subjects' sports attitude before and after the experiment. The results show that after the experiment each dimension scores of the control group and experimental group's sports attitude increased, and the extent of the experimental group increased more obviously, showing very significant difference (P 〈 0.000). Conclusion are as followed: learning and exercise in PE mode of "to adapt to the sports" have positive impact on sports vulnerable college students' sports attitude, and is more effective than traditional PE mode.
