摘  要:通过对体育教师现行体育教学评价认知和实际应用情况进行分析研究,指出:部分教师对评价目的认知片面,对教学评价的意义、功能认知不足;多数教师支持对现行教学评价进行变革并将教学评价对其产生的压力变为改进教学的动力。教师在现行教学评价工作应用中存在评价内容片面,评价方式方法单一,评价主体单一,评价反馈不及时等问题,不利于教学目标的实现。针对以上问题提出相应的改进建议,为今后体育教学评价体系的变革提供参考依据。Through the analysis of the present situation of PE teachers' cognition of current PE evaluation, it is pointed out that some of the teachers' cognition of evaluation is one-sided, their cognition of the significance and the function of the teaching evaluation are insufficient. Most of the teachers support to change the current teaching evaluation. In the application of the current teaching evaluation, there are some problems such as the evaluation method is single, the evaluation subject is single, the evaluation feedback is not timely and so on, which are not conducive to the realization of the teaching objectives. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions, to provide reference for the reform of PE evaluation system in the future.
