IGF-1、VEGF在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的表达及意义。方法选取135例EMs患者为观察组,另选取同期行子宫肌瘤剔除手术且子宫内膜正常的患者90例为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测观察组的异位内膜组织、在位内膜组织以及对照组内膜组织的IGF-1、VEGF表达情况并进行比较。结果IGF-1、VEGF表达阳性均表现为棕黄色颗粒,见于腺上皮细胞和间质细胞之间的细胞浆。观察组内膜腺上皮细胞、间质细胞中的IGF-1、VEGF阳性例数明显比对照组多(P<0.01),以观察组中的异位内膜组更为显著(P<0.01)。EMs腺上皮细胞和间质细胞的IGF-1和VEGF的表达水平呈正相关(r分别是0.876、0.812,P<0.01)。结论病灶中IGF-1、VEGF的阳性高表达对于EMs的发生、发展具有重要的意义,可为临床诊断治疗EMs提供新思路和新途径。Objective To explore the expression of insulin-like growth factor-I（IGF-I） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in the endometriosis（EMs） and their significance. Methods A total of 135 cases with EMs were selected as Observation Group, and 90 cases undergoing myoma removal during the same period and with normal endometrium were selected as Control Group. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect endometrial tissues and eutopic endometrial tissues of Observation Group and IGF-I and VEGF expression of endometrial tissues in Control Group, which were compared. ResultsThe positive expressions of IGF-I and VEGF were all brownish-yellow granules, which existed in the entosarc between epithelial cells and stromal cells. The number of cases with positive IGF-I and VEGF expression in the tissues of gland epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells of Observation Group was much more than that of Control Group（P〈0.01）, and There was a positive correlation between VEGF and IGF-1 in serum in Endometriosis Group（r=0.876, 0.812, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The high positive expression of IGF-I and VEGF of lesions is significant for the occurrence and development of EMs, which will possibly provide new idea and new method for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of EMs.
