摘 要:目的观察血液透析联合血液灌流对糖尿病肾病患者的营养状况及微炎症状态的治疗效果。方法 50例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为常规透析组及联合透析组,另取不需血液透析的10例糖尿病肾病患者作为一般治疗组。所有病例在治疗前及治疗后3、6、9、12个月作微炎症指标(CRP、IL-6)及营养指标(白蛋白、血红蛋白、胆固醇、肌酐、尿素氮)测定。结果与常规透析组和一般治疗组比较,联合透析组治疗后CRP、IL-6水平明显降低(P<0.01),而血红蛋白、胆固醇、白蛋白水平明显增加(P<0.01)。结论联用血液透析和血液灌流治疗可改善糖尿病肾病患者微炎症及营养不良状况。Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion on the microinflammation and nutritional status in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Fifty DN patients were randomly divided into hemodialysis and combined hemodialysis groups, and 10 DN patients without hemodialysis were served as conventional treatment group. Serum levels of microinflammatory indexes(CRP and IL-6) and nutritional parameters(albumin, hemoglobin, cholesterol, creatinine, and urea nitrogen) were detected before and 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after treatment. Results Compared with hemodialysis and conventional treatment groups, levels of CRP and IL-6 were decreased(P〈0.01), while contents of hemoglobin, cholesterol, and albumin increased in combined hemodialysis group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The combined use of hemodialysis and hemoperfusion can improve the microinflammation and malnutrition in DN patients.
