摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中氯丙烯的溶剂解吸-气相色谱法。方法用溶剂解吸型活性炭管采集工作场所中氯丙烯,经二氯甲烷解吸后,经RTX-WAX弹性毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化监测器(FID)检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果氯丙烯在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 9,检出限和最低检出浓度分别为0.20μg/ml和0.03 mg/m^3(采集7.5 L空气计),批内、批间精密度分别为0.8%~3.6%和2.2%~3.6%,采样效率均为100.0%,解吸效率为96.2%~97.5%,氯丙烯在常温下保存可稳定7 d。结论本方法可长时间采样,采样携带方便,解吸效率和灵敏度高,精密度好,样品保存时间长,操作方法简便。所有指标均符合《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》中的要求。适用于工作场所空气中氯丙烯的采样与测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of allyl chloride in workplace air by solvent desorptiongas-chromatography. Methods The air samples were collected by activated carbon tube,desorbed with dichloromethane solution,then separated by RTX- WAX capillary column,detected by FID detector,and the retention times were used for qualification and the external standard method was used for quantification. Results Good linearity was obtained when the concentration of allyl chloride was in a certain range,and the correlation coefficient( r) was 0. 999 9,with the minimum detection limit of0. 20 μg / ml and the lowest limit of quantification of 0. 03 mg / m^3( 7. 5 L air for collection); the intraassay and the interassay precision was respectively among 0. 8%- 3. 6% and 2. 2%- 3. 6%,and the sampling efficiency rate was 100. 0%,the desorption efficiency rate was among 96. 2%- 97. 5%. The allyl chloride samples could be kept stable for 7 days at room temperature. Conclusion This method can take samples in long time,and the sampling is convenient to carry. This method has the advantages of high desorption efficiency and sensitivity,good precision,longer sample preservation time,and simple and convenient operation. All the indicators meet the requirement of the Development Standard of the Detection Method for Toxin in the Air of Workplace. It is suitable for sampling and determination of allyl chloride in the workplace air.
