摘　　要：目的评价贝克曼库尔特LH750血细胞分析仪（LH750仪）的应用性能。方法按照国际血液学标准化委员会（ICSH）公布的评价方法,结合实验室仪器性能验证流程对LH750仪的精密度、携带污染率、线性范围、准确度、可比性等进行测定,并将其与XT-1800i血细胞分析仪（XT-1800i仪）进行对比。结果 LH750仪测定主要项目精密度CV值为0.93%-3.86%;总重复性CV值为0.61%-2.66%;携带污染率为0.00%-0.93%;准确度偏倚为0.80%-1.61%,分别两两t检验,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;线性测定r值为0.996-0.999;对比检测结果,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 LH750仪测定主要参数各项性能指标均在其要求范围,能满足临床诊治患者。Objective To evaluate the application performance of Beckman Coulter＇s LH750 blood cell analyzer. Methods According to the evaluation method proposed by the International Council for Standardization Haematology（ ICSH） and the lab instrument performance verifying process,the precision,the rate of carrying contamination,linear range,accuracy and comparability of the LH750 blood cell analyzer were tested. Then the test results were compared with the XT- 1800 i blood cell analyzer.Results The CV of LH- 750 precision was among 0. 93%- 3. 86%; CV of repetition was among 0. 61%- 2. 66%; the carrying contamination rate was among 0. 00%- 0. 93%; accuracy bias was among 0. 80%- 1. 61%; there were no statistical significance on the difference for t test between each two groups（ P〉 0. 05）. Linage test result showed that r was among 0. 996- 0. 999; the test results comparison showed no statistical significance（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The main performance indicators of LH750 analyzer are within the required range,which can meet the general requirements of clinical test.
