生命关怀视角下脑外科住院病房护理管理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于生命关怀视角下医院脑外科住院病房有效的护理管理途径。方法选取2013年7月~2014年1月在开展生命关怀护理管理后的45名脑外科护士及同期住院的100例脑外科患者作为研究对象,同时将2013年1月~6月未实施生命关怀护理前于我院脑外科接受治疗的100例患者及45名护士作为对照组。观察实施护理管理前后护士及患者的满意度。结果开展护理管理后,护理人员对工作环境、同事关系及掌握知识技能评分明显高于开展护理管理前（P〈0.05）,且开展护理管理后,脑外科护理纠纷发生率明显低于护理管理前（P〈0.05）。患者对住院环境、护理服务、护理操作评分明显高于护理管理前（P〈0.05）。结论在脑外科病房开展护理管理,重视对患者的生命关怀,可有效降低医疗纠纷的发生率,提高我院的整体护理质量。Objective Objective To explore the effective nursing management approach and analysis based on Hospital Department of cerebral surgery ward care from the perspective of life. Methods from 2013 July to 2014 January in 100 cases of patients in the Department of cerebral surgery, carry out life care management after the 45 nurses in the Department of cerebral surgery and hospital during the same period as the research object, and 100 cases in 2013 January to 2013 June not the implementation of life care in the Department of cerebral surgery in our hospital before treated patients and 45 nurses as control group, before and after the observation the implementation of nursing management, nursing and patients satisfaction. Results the development of nursing management, nursing personnel relationship to the working environ- ment, colleagues and score master knowledge and skills weresignificantly higher than those before carrying out nursing management, difference of different time period significantly （P 〈 0. 05）, and the development of nursing management in Department of cerebral surgery, nursing disputes were significantly lower than the application of life care nursing management before （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion the development of nursing management in the Department of cerebral surgery, wards, pay attention to the life care of patients, can effectively reduce the incidence of medical disputes, improve the quality of holistic nursing in our hospital.
