摘　　要：分析了我国钢铁行业发展的局限性，阐述了钢铁制造流程集成优化的意义，提出了采用现代计算机仿真技术实现动态精准设计的新方法，针对钢铁行业部分存量产能进行了再设计，系统优化了流程和流程界面，提高了企业的核心竞争力。The paper analyses the development limitation of the iron and steel industry of China, explains the importance of integrated optimization of steel manufacture process, and proposes a new method that dynamical and precise design can be accomplished by computer simulation technology. The new method is focused on the redesign of part of stock of capacity of steel industry and in this system the process and the interface of process are optimized, and therefore the core competency of enterprises can be improved.
