盐酸左西替利嗪片联合玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨盐酸左西替利嗪片联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取慢性荨麻疹患者78例，随机平均分为治疗组39例（盐酸左西替利嗪片联合玉屏风颗粒口服）和对照组39例（单用盐酸左西替利嗪片口服），两组患者于治疗第一周、第二周、第三周、第四周比较临床疗效。结果治疗组显效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论盐酸左西替利嗪片联合玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性荨麻疹可以提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。ObjectiveTo investigate clinical efficacy of left cetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with yupingfeng particles in the treatment of chronic urticaria.MethodsSeventy-eight patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group： thirty-nine cases were treated by left cetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with yupingfeng particles; Control group： thirty-nine cases were treated by left cetirizine hydrochloride tablets. The clinical effective rates of two groups were compared in the following four weeks after the treatments.Results The effectual rate in the treatment group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion It showed that left cetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with yupingfeng particles can improve the clinical effi cacy of chronic urticaria, it is worthy of our application.
