摘　　要：目的：探讨采用Achillon跟腱吻合器治疗急性跟腱断裂的临床疗效。方法对2012年1月—2013年12月采用Achillon跟腱吻合器治疗的23例急性跟睫断裂患者进行随访。男22例，女1例，年龄20～48岁，平均34.1岁。所有患者术前Thompson试验阳性。术后观察有无并发症，并采用美国骨科协会足踝外科分会（American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society, AOFAS）标准评价踝关节功能。结果所有患者均获得随访，时间12～24个月。所有患者切口一期愈合，无感染、腓肠肌神经损伤、跟腱再断裂等发生。AOFAS标准评分为89～98分，平均为93.5分。结论 Achillon跟腱吻合器治疗急性跟腱断裂有效、安全，并发症发生率低。ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Achillon device in treatment of acute Achilles tendon rupture （AATR）.MethodsFrom Jan 2012 to Dec 2013, 23 patients with AATR were treated with Achillon device. There were 22 males and 1 female, with the average age of 34.1 years （20 to 48 years）. The results of Thompson test were positive in all cases. Postoperative complications were surveyed during the follow-up. The ankle joint function was evaluated at final follow-up according to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society （AOFAS） standards.ResultsAll the 23 patients were followed up, and the duration ranged from 12 to 24 months. There were no wound infections, recurrent rupture, or sural nerve complications. At thefi nal follow-up, the mean AOFAS score was 93.5 （89 to 98）.Conclusion It is effective and safe that the Achillon device is used to repair the acute Achilles tendon ruptures with low incidence of complications.
