摘 要:固体散货船的配载关系到船舶的安全,主要涉及到在航和在港两种状态下船舶的稳性、强度及吃水差,保证船舶的安全并且尽量减少船舶的疲劳,延长船舶使用寿命。固体散货船的配积载主要分两步,一是将待装货物合理地分配到每个货舱,使船舶在航行中符合稳性、吃水差及波浪中的强度要求;二是将已经分配好的货物重量分轮次装入各个货舱,同时排放压载水,使船舶在港装货时满足稳性、吃水差及静水中的强度要求。本文以Cargo Max配载仪为例,说明固体散货船的配载程序。The stowage of solid bulk cargo is important for the vessel ,it mainly related to the stability, strength ,trim during the vessel underway or in harbor. Making the plan is for the safety of the vessel and reduce the fatigue to increase the life span .There are two steps to compile cargo plan for solid bulk cargo. The first step is to distribute the cargoes to every hold and we should make sure the vessel satisfy the stability , trim and strength at sea; The second step is to allocate the known cargoes to the hold in turn and deballast at the same time. We should make sure the vessel satisfy the stability, trim, strength in harbor during loading. I will illustrate the procedure by Cargo Max.
