摘　　要：船用分油机越来越成为船舶安全航行和正常生产不可或缺的重要设备之一,对减少船舶机械故障,提高设备完好率和效率,延长机器使用寿命起到关键作用。定期做好分油机的维护保养,及时跟进厂家的技术改进,更新备件资料,将严重故障消弭于萌芽状态,对延长分油机工作时间、维护分油机稳定运行,具有重要意义。本文通过分析WESTFALIA船用分油机控制单元两起故障事例,探讨船用分油机维护和操作的规范要求。Marine oil separator is increasingly becoming one of the important equipment for the safe navigation and become key point to reduce the mechanical failure of the ship, improve the efficiency and prolong the service life of the machines. Maintain regularly maintenance, follow up the techenical improvement promptly, undate spare data timely is very important to prolong the working time and maintain the stable op- eration as well as eliminate the serious failure in the bud of the oil separator. In this paper, I＇m trying to ob- tain the inspiration of specification for maintenance and operation of marine oil Separator from the fault analy- sis of two cases of the failure of the control unit wrong operation and the Spare part list unupdated of Westfali- a separator.
