摘  要:2013年7月至2014年6月期间,采用鼠笼法对长乐某口岸啮齿动物及其体表寄生虫进行调查.结果显示,在2 400笼次中有效鼠笼2 272个,有效笼率94.67%,共捕获小型兽类62只,鼠密度为2.73%,未发现妊娠鼠,雌雄性比为1∶1.30;臭鼩鼱为优势种,其次为褐家鼠、黄胸鼠和小家鼠.从时间分布看全年都有鼠类活动,冬春季鼠密度最高,2月份达最高值7.85%,夏季较低,7月份为0.53%,季节消长趋势明显.从捕获生境看总体无明显差异,但食堂生活区最多、绿化带次之,仓库最低.共捕获体表寄生虫螨类7只,分别为纳氏厉螨和柏氏禽刺螨.针对鼠传疾病的检测结果均为阴性.Rodent surveillance was carried out during July 2013 to June 2014. Sixty-two small mammals were caught, which was composed of 25 foul shrews Suncus murinus (40. 32% ) , 18 Rattus norvegicus (29.03%) , 17 R. flavipectus (27.42%) and 2 Mus musculus (3.23%). There were no pregnant rats and no significant difference between male and female (sex ratio is 1: 1.30). The density of rodents was highest in February (7.85%). Seasonal fluctuations were shown obviously with the average increase rate of 130% annually. There was no significant difference in the habitats. The highest density was found in the cafeteria was with the rate of 4.41% and the lowest in store rooms. No positive detection was achieved among these rodent specimens targeting on Yersinia pestis, Hantan virus and Leptospira spp.. Thus the surveillance and control of rodents should be strengthened at Changle Songxia Port.
