活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗手足皲裂疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗手足皲裂的临床效果。方法:100例随机分为两组各50例,对照组用卤米松乳膏外涂治疗,试验组用活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗。结果:总有效率试验组94.0%、对照组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗手足皲裂疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on rhagades of hand and foot treated by Activating Blood, Eliminating Wind and Moistening Skin Decoction by external washing. Method： 100 cases were divided into 2 groups in random. 50 cases were treated with Halometasone Cream by external application as the control group while 50 cases were treated with Activating Blood, Eliminating Wind and Moistening Skin Decoction by external washing as the study group. Result： The total effective rate os the study group was 94.0% while that of the control group was 80.0%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The therapeutic effect is significant on rhagades of hand and foot treated by Activating Blood, Eliminating Wind and Moistening Skin Decoction by external washing.
