针灸对肥胖高脂血症血脂影响及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸对肥胖高脂血症血脂的影响及其安全性。方法:98例随机分为两组各49例,两组均用辛伐他汀治疗,观察组联合针灸治疗(取中脘、下脘、气海、关元、带脉、五枢、维道、足临泣、风市、足三里、三阴交),比较两组治疗前后的血脂改善情况及安全性。结果:治疗前两组TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组TG、TC、LDL-C表达水平显著下降(P<0.05),HDL-C表达水平显著上升(P<0.05),TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C表达水平改善程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组通气不良发生率、心血管疾病发生率、内分泌紊乱发生率和消化功能障碍发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗肥胖高脂血症效果确切,可显著改善血脂代谢水平及预后,且不良反应少。Objective ： To observe the effect and security of acupuncture and moxibustion on blood lipid of obesity patients with hyperlipidemia. Method： 98 cases were divided into 2 groups evenly in random. Both groups were treated with simvastatin and the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy additionally with points of Zhong wan, Xia wan, Qi hai, Guan yuan, Dai mai, Wu shu, Wei dao, Zu lin qi, Feng shi, Zu san li, San yin jiao. The improvement of blood lipid and the security of two groups before and after treatment was compared. Result： Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the expression level of TG, TC, LDL- C and HDL - C of two groups （P〉0.05） .After the treatment, the expression level of TG, TC, LDL - C of the observation group decreased significantly （P〈0.05） HDL - C expression level significantly increased （P〈0.05） ; The improvement of expression level of TG, TC, LDL- C and HDL - C significantly was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The incidence of bad ventilation, the incidence of cardiovascular disease and the incidence of endocrine disorders and digestive disorders of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion has exact therapeutic effect on obesity patients with hyperlipidemia blood fat, which could significantly improve the level of blood lipid metabolism and prognosis, with less adverse reaction.
