热敏灸结合局部注射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸结合药物局部注射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的疗效。方法:66例随机分成两组各33例,两组均给予基础治疗,观察组加用热敏灸治疗。结果:总有效率观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);疼痛评分和关节压痛情况比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸结合药物局部注射治疗颞下颌关节紊乱综合征效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome （TMJDS） treated by thermal moxibustion treatment combined with local injection. Method： 66 cases were divided into two groups in random. Both groups were given the basic treatment and the observation group were treated by thermal moxibustion therapy additionally. Result ： The total effective rate of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . The pain scores and joint tenderness index of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The effect of thermal moxibustion treatment combined with local injection is remarkable on TMJDS.
