摘 要:论述了快速和善充对光伏充电器的重要性,分析了铅酸蓄电池充放电过程的化学反应机理以及光伏电池的输出特性,提出了一种由单片机控制并始终处于脉冲式充电方式下的光伏智能控制系统,其能在晴朗的白天充分利用阳光,从而实现快速充电;也能有效避免蓄电池的极化和硫化,从而延长蓄电池使用寿命,减小更换蓄电池的成本。仿真和实验结果表明,该充电系统可智能地实现光伏快充和善充。The importance of fast and good charging process for photovoltaic charger was discussed, and the chemical reaction mechanism of the charge and discharge process on lead-acid batteries and output characteristics of photovoltaic cells were analyzed. An intelligent photovoltaic controller which can be controlled in the pulse-charging mode by single was proposed. The controller can make full use of the sun during the day to charge quickly. The controller also can effectively avoid the polarization and vulcanization to the battery to prolong the service life of the battery and reduce the cost of replacing battery. The results of simulation and experiment show that the system can quickly and profitably realize photovoltaic charging.
