摘　　要：利用数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场总线(CAN)设计了变电站监控系统。该系统选用DSP2407为系统微处理器,SA9904B作为电量的测量芯片,形成了底层变电站测量模块。该模块响应速度快、可靠性强。该系统还可通过通信系统实现远程控制功能,提高了系统的可用性。The substation monitoring and control system was designed using digital signal processor（DSP） and field bus（CAN）. The DSP2407 and SA9904 B were selected as microprocessor and measurement chip for system. So the underlying substation measurement module was formed. This module has fast response speed and good reliability.The system can realize remote control function through the communication system and improve the usability of the system.
