水蓄冷在某重型机器厂冷却工艺中的应用

摘　　要：根据淬火工艺使用冷却水的特点,以及水蓄冷可以在较长时间内蓄冷较短时间内放冷的特点,将水蓄冷技术应用在重型机械工厂中。并利用伯努利方程分析了工艺冷却水系统中部分管道在调试过程中产生负压的原因,同时将分析结果在H-Q图上进行图示。在分析原因后给出消除管道中产生负压的解决方案与在类似系统中选择水泵的注意事项,供设计、运行参考。It describes the application of water cool storage system to a certain heavy machinery plant according to the characteristics of the use of cooling water of the quench process, and water cool storage that can be discharged relatively in a short time after a long time discharge. Using the Bemoulli equation analyzes the vacant state of some pipeline of process cooling water system during the debugging, and simultaneously presents the analysis on the H-Q diagram. It also proposes the solution of eliminating the vacant state and the precaution of selecting pumps in the similar systems.
