摘 要:利用De ST软件计算分析了南京某大型办公建筑的全年动态负荷特点,基于土壤热平衡原则确定了该地源热泵项目的冷热源方案。该项目利用新风热回收技术大幅减少了冷热源系统需承担的建筑负荷,冷水机组+冷却塔与地埋管换热器联合的系统形式方便了运行管理,可为类似的大型公共建筑地源热泵空调系统方案设计提供参考。In this paper, the annual dynamic loads of a large office building in Nanjing are calculated through the simulation of DeST. And the cold and heat sources of this ground-source heat pump system are proposed on base of the ground heat balance. In this project, the building loads which were undertook by the cold and heat sources can be greatly reduced through the heat recovery technology. Supplementary water chilling unit and cooling tower are connected in parallel with the ground heat exchangers, which is convenient for the system operation and management. The paper could provide some reference for the ground-source heat pump air-conditioning system design of similar large public buildings.
