生态行政视角下贵州乡村旅游管理研究

摘　　要：生态行政管理是政府对生态环境恶化所引发生态危机所采取行政行为的再认识。对于贵州省乡村旅游而言,是近年来贵州各级政府发展地方经济的有效举措。与著名景区旅游行政管理相比较,乡村生态环境具有脆弱性以及乡村旅游管理部门的行政缺失,如何实现乡村生态环境与经济可持续健康发展是地方旅游行政管理部门新面临的一个挑战。为此,地方旅游行政管理部门应树立生态优先的行政意识,积极探索构建社区参与管理的乡村旅游行政管理体系和生态绩效考核评估制度,强化生态行政职能来实现乡村旅游的生态行政管理。Ecological administration is a recognition of the ecological crisis caused by the deterioration of the ecological environment caused by the government. In terms of rural tourism in Guizhou Province, it is an effective measure to develop local economy in recent years in Guizhou. Comparing with the famous scenic spot tourism administration, the rural ecological environment is fragile and rural tourism management department＇s administrative deficiencies, the local tourism administrative department faces a challenge is how to realize the sustainable and healthy development of rural ecological environment and economy. Therefore, local tourism administrative departments should establish the awareness of ecological priority administrative, actively explore the building village will participate in the management of rural tourism administrative management system and performance evaluation of ecological evaluation system, to achieve rural tourism ecological administration strengthening the ecological administrative functions.
