摘  要:采用微波萃取(MAE)对样品进行前处理,建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法(SPE-GC-MS)同时测定枇杷花茶中的8种有机氯农药残留的分析方法。实验测得:8种有机氯农药的峰面积与量浓度有良好的线性关系,方法的相关系数在0.9963~0.9998之间,按照S/N=3得出检测限为0.18~4.10ng/m L。样品的平均加标回收率为82.5%~116.5%,精密度在2.1%~9.7%之间。该方法快速、灵敏、准确、成本低,能满足枇杷花茶中多种农药残留的测定。The sample was pre-treated by microwave-assisted extraction and the method for determination of 8 organochloride pesticides was set up by the coupling technique of solid phase extraction and gas chromatography and mass spectrum(SPE-GC-MS). Based on the experimental results, the peak areas of 8 organochloride pesticides were in good linear relationship with concentration. The correlation coefficient of this method is about 0.996 3~0.999 8 and the detection limits were 0.18 ~4.10 ng/m L according to S /N = 3. The average recoveries were between 82.5 % and116.5 %. The degree of precision was between 2.1 % and 9.7 %. This method is speedy, sensitive, accurate and low-cost and suitable for the analysis of multiple pesticide residues in loquat scented tea.
