摘 要:目的分析非全麻手术中应用防噪声弹性耳塞对患者焦虑状态的影响。方法非全麻手术患者198例分为观察组和对照组各99例,对照组给予临床常规护理,观察组给予防噪声弹性耳塞等人性化护理。评估两组患者在术前、术中、术后的焦虑状态,记录术前、手术开始后每隔10分钟的血压、脉搏。结果术前,两组患者的SAS评分、血压、脉搏等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与术前比较,观察组术中、术后SAS评分降低,对照组术中、术后SAS评分提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与术前比较,观察组手术开始10 min血压显著降低(P<0.05),20min后无显著变化(P>0.05),手术前后脉搏无显著变化(P>0.05);对照组手术开始10 min、20 min后,血压、脉搏较手术前均显著增加(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组手术开始后10 min、20 min血压、脉搏均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在非全麻手术中应用防噪声弹性耳塞等人性化护理能够有效缓解患者焦虑状态,平稳患者生命体征,有助于手术顺利进行。Objective To examine the efficacy of noise-proof elastic earplugs in easing the anxiety of patients undergoing surgery assisted with non-general anesthesia. Method 198 patients to undergo non-general anesthesia assisted surgery were firstly divided into an experimental group( n = 99) and a control group( n = 99). Then the control group were treated with routine nursing while the experimental group were given noise-proof elastic earplugs to facilitate the nursing. The preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative anxiety states of two groups were next assessed. The preoperative and intraoperative blood pressure and pulse readings of both group as taken every other ten minutes were recorded. Findings The difference between the two groups in the preoperative SAS scores,blood pressure and pulse readings was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). The intraoperative and postoperative SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than that before surgery. The intraoperative and postoperative SAS scores of the control group were higher than that before surgery. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Compared to the preoperative blood pressure,the blood pressure of the experimental group as obtained 10 minutes after the surgery started significantly lowered( P〈0. 05).However,the blood pressure as taken 20 minutes after surgery was not significantly different from that as taken before surgery( P〉0. 05). The pulse readings of the experimental group as taken before surgery was not different than that aftersurgery( P〉0. 05). The blood pressure and pulse readings of the control group as taken 10 minutes and 20 minutes after surgery were significantly higher than those taken before surgery( P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group,the blood pressure and pulse readings of the experimental group as taken 10 minutes and 20 minutes after surgery were significantly lower those as obtained before surgery( P〈0. 05).
