心语疏通在未婚妇女人工流产术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨心语疏通对未婚妇女人工流产者术后疼痛及情绪的影响。方法对180例拟行无痛人流术未婚妇女实施心语疏通干预,比较患者护理干预前、后心理状态变化、干预前及干预后(术前5 min)心率及血压变化、术后不同时点疼痛评分。结果干预后,患者心率及血压与干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),焦虑评分较干预前显著下降(P<0.05)。结论应用心语疏通干预未婚妇女人工流产者,可有效维持患者生命体征平稳,缓解或消除其不良情绪,减轻术后疼痛。Objective To evaluate the effect of counseling in easing the pain and emotions experienced by unmarried women undergoing abortion. Method 180 unmarried women scheduled for painless abortion were provided with counseling. The psychological states of the patients as observed before and after the counseling was administered were compared. preintervention and post-intervention（ preoperative 5min） The heart rates and blood pressure of the patients before and after intervention as well as the pains experienced by the patients at different times after intervention were recorded and compare.Findings No significant difference was found between the heart rates and blood pressure as observed after intervention and those as observed before the intervention（ P〉0. 05）. The anxiety of the patients was significantly reduced by the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Counseling can effectively help unmarried women undergoing abortion to keep a sound mental state,eliminate negative emotions,and reduce postoperative pain.
