摘 要:采用耦合电感替代滤波电感的方式,提出新的零电压零电流软开关Buck变换器.对该变换器工作过程的各个模态进行详细的理论分析.给出软开关实现的条件及主电路的参数设计方法,讨论耦合电感匝数比改变对该变换器性能的影响.对新电路进行仿真研究,理论和仿真结果表明,新电路中所有开关器件都实现了软开关.试制一台48V输入、32V输出,开关频率为50kHz的基于耦合电感的软开关Buck变换器样机.实验结果与理论和仿真结果一致,验证了该变换器理论和设计的正确性,实验测得最大效率达到96.5%.A novel zero voltage and zero current buck converter with soft switching was proposed using the coupled inductor instead of the filter inductor.The detailed theory analysis of the converter's each operation stages was conducted.The conditions of obtaining soft switching and the designing procedure of main circuit were presented.The performances of the proposed buck converter with different turn radios were discussed.The new circuit was analyzed by simulation.The theoretical and simulation results illustrate that all power switches can achieve soft switching in the new circuit.A 50 kHz buck converter prototype of 48 Vinput,32Voutput with soft switching based on coupled inductor was constructed.The experimental results accorded with the theoretical and simulation results.The correctness of the theory and design of the converter was validated,and the measured maximum efficiency reached 96.5%.
