摘 要:针对质偏子弹尺寸变化和装配方位对母弹径向质偏的影响问题,先通过Solidworks软件得到子弹尺寸变化造成的子弹极限质偏,再通过蒙特卡罗法模拟质偏子弹装配方位对母弹径向质偏的影响,得到不同质量、质心分布规律子弹不同装配方位下装入母弹后的母弹质心位置分布。为了减小母弹径向质偏,子弹固定方位装配时,应尽量减小子弹径向质偏量;而子弹随机方位装配时,子弹质偏量不需要特殊控制。Dimensional variation and assembling orientation of submunition with centroid excursion affect radial centroid excursion of cargo projectile. To analyze it,the effects of dimensional variation of submunition on ultimate centroid excursion of submunition was analyzed by Solidworks firstly. Then,the effects of assembling orientation of submunition with centroid excursion on radial centroid excursion of cargo projectile was analyzed using Monte-Carlo method. Submunitions obeyed different mass distribution and centroid distribution were assembled in the cargo projectile in different orientations and the radial centroid distribution of cargo projectile was calculated. To effectively decrease the radial centroid excursion of cargo projectile,the centroid excursion of submunition must be reduced when submunition was assembled in certain orientation,while it needn't to be specially controlled when assembled in random orientation.
