基于微信公众平台的北京市部分职工雾霾健康知识调查

摘　　要：目的探讨利用微信公众平台开展职工雾霾健康知识调查,测试雾霾健康教育效果,提升职工对雾霾健康防护的知识和技能。方法于2015年11月设计雾霾健康知识题库,包含基本知识、健康影响和防护措施三类内容,基于微信公众平台开发在线答题系统,在北京市组织环境健康领域的专业研究机构和普通行政机构共两个机构的职工参与答题。结果共有243名职工参与本次活动,参与率为51.9%,答题正确率为93.1%;两个机构职工之间的总答题正确率、不同内容及不同年龄段的答题正确率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);参与调查的所有职工不同内容之间、不同年龄段之间答题正确率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环境健康领域专业机构及普通行政机构职工均对雾霾健康知识有很高关注度,雾霾健康教育效果良好;使用微信公众平台可以便捷地开展健康教育及健康知识调查。Objective To conduct the investigation of health protection against haze for workers and staff by We Chat public platform, to evaluate the effect of health education on haze and health,and to improve the knowledge and skills of health protection. Methods The questionnaires of haze and health was designed, including three parts such as basic knowledge,health effects and protective measures respectively. Then an online answering system was developed based on We Chat public platform, and two units of staff and workers in Beijing from professional research institute in environmental health and general administrative institution were organize to participate in this activity. Results A total of 243 workers had participated in the event, and the participation rate was 51.9%, the correct rate was 93.1%; There was no significant difference between total correct rates of two units, correct rates of different parts and different ages; In all participants, there was no significant difference among different parts, or different ages. Conclusion Both of workers in environmental health professional institute and general administrative institute have paid much attention to knowledge of haze and health, indicating a good effect of health education; We Chat public platform is a convenient way to conduct health education and health knowledge survey.
