摘 要:目的讨论湖南省长沙县汉族育龄妇女叶酸代谢通路中关键酶基因(MTHFR、MTRR)多态性分布特征,以期指导育龄妇女个性化增补叶酸。方法对长沙县1 586例汉族妇女为调查对象,荧光定量PCR法对基因多态性位点进行分析,并与其他地区比较。结果长沙县汉族妇女MTHFR 677TT基因型频率为13.6%,MTHFR C677T、A1298C基因型构成与荆州、九江和昆明数据相比没有统计学意义(P>0.05);MTRR A66G基因型频率与廊坊、淄博、新乡、镇江、眉山和荆州数据相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长沙县汉族妇女MTHFR和MTRR基因频率多态性不同于其他地区,具有地域特异性。Objective To explore the distributions features of MTHFR and MTRR polymorphism in folic acid metabolism among Han women of childbearing age in Changsha county of Hu'nan province,guide individual supplement of folic acid. Methods A total of 1 586 Han women were selected from Changsha county,fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to analyze the polymorphic sites,then the results were compared with those collected from other areas in China. Results The frequency of MTHFR 677 TT genotype in Han women from Changsha county was 13. 6%. There was no statistically significant difference in frequencies of MTHFR C677T and A1298 C genotypes between the women from Changsha county and the women from Jingzhou,Jiujiang,Kunming( P〉0. 05). There was statistically significant difference in frequency of MTRR A66G between the women from Changsha county and the women from Langfang,Zibo,Xinxiang,Zhenjiang,Meishan,Jingzhou( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Gene polymorphisms of MTHFR and MTRR among Han women in Changsha county are different from other areas,showing regional specificity.
