摘　　要：以聚醚多元醇(PPG)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,用甲乙酮肟(MEKO)封端,得到一种脂肪族水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球剂,可应用于纯棉及涤棉混纺织物的抗起毛起球整理。整理工艺为:焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间60 s。整理织物的抗起毛起球效果可提升2级,达到4.0级,且手感好,白度较高。Using polyether polyols （PPG） and isophorone diisocyanate（IPDI） as main raw materials, the di- methylol propionic acid （DMPA） as a hydrophilic chain extender, the methyl ethyl ketone oxime（MEKO） as a blocking agent, a new blocked aliphatic waterborne polyurethane emulsion （WPU） is synthesized. The WPU is applied to anti-pilling finishing of cotton and polyester-cotton blended fabrics under curing at 170 ℃ for 60 s. The results show that the finished fabrics have soft feeling, high whiteness and increased anti-pilling property from Grade 2. to Grade 4.
