摘  要:以双三羟甲基丙烷、三氯氧磷和乙醇胺为原料,合成膨胀型阻燃剂双三羟甲基丙烷磷酸酯乙醇胺盐,并对纯棉织物进行阻燃整理;探讨了阻燃剂质量浓度、整理液pH值、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对纯棉织物阻燃效果和断裂强力、白度的影响。纯棉织物较佳阻燃整理工艺为:阻燃剂质量浓度250gm、整理液pH值6~7、焙烘温度100℃、焙烘时间3min,阻燃棉织物达到阻燃B1级,断裂强力和白度保持较好。经红外光谱、热重、扫描电镜分析表明:阻燃棉的燃烧残余物仍以纤维状态存在,其失重温度降低,残炭量是未整理纯棉的两倍,阻燃剂具有膨胀功能。Using di-trimethylolpropane, phosphorus oxychloride and ethanolamine as main raw materials, the phosphorus-nitrogen-containing intumescent flame retardant is synthesized and applied to flame retardant finish of cotton fabrics. The effects of flame retardant concentration, pH value, baking temperature and time on flame-retardance, breaking strength and whiteness of the finished cotton fabrics are discussed. The optimum finishing conditions are: finishing agent 250 g/L, pH=6-7, baking at 100 ℃ for 3 rain. The flame retardant cotton fabric shows good breaking strength and whiteness properties, and its burned charcoal length reaches national Bt level. The flame retardant finished cotton fabric is charac- terized by FTIR, thermo gravimetric and SEM. The results show that the burning residue of the finished cotton fabric features the original fibrous shape, uncollapsed carbon layer, lowered weight loss temperature and twice carbon residues than that of unfinished fabric. The flame retardant also has the function of intumescent.
