群层次分析法和证据推理法在绿色建筑评价中的应用

摘　　要：根据绿色建筑的评价标准要求,以我国《绿色建筑评价标准》为蓝本,建立了一套科学的、典型的、可操作性强的绿色建筑评价指标体系。将群层次分析法和证据推理法运用于绿色建筑评价中指标权重的确定和对评价指标的度量,并以合肥某新建居民楼工程为实例进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:由4个一级指标和20个二级指标构成的绿色建筑综合评估指标体系能够有效地对住宅建筑起到合理的评价作用。According to the requirements of the green building evaluation standard, bard on green building evaluation standard in our country, this paper sets up a scientific, typical evaluation index system with strong operability for green buildings. The group of analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and evidence reasoning approach are applied in the determination of index weight in green building assessment and evaluation indexes of measurement. The project of a new residential buildings in Hefei is taken for example in empirical research. The results show that the green building comprehensive evaluation index system of four-level indicators and 20 secondary indicators has effectively reasonable in evaluating residential construction.
