摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中四氢呋喃(THF)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸,经毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。结果 THF在1.78~8 892.00 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9。以采集3.00 L空气计算,THF最低检出浓度为0.09 mg/m^3,最低定量浓度为0.27 mg/m^3。室温下放置过夜时,THF平均解吸效率为94.29%~96.46%,批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为0.30%~0.91%和0.66%~1.23%;THF样品在室温下至少可保存8 d。结论本方法可用于工作场所空气中THF的检测。Objective To establish a method for testing tetrahydrofuran( THF) in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography. Methods The air samples were collected by activated carbon tube,desorbed with carbon disulfide solution,then separated by capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. Results The linearity range of THF concentration was 1. 78-8 892. 00 mg / L,and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The minimum detection limit of THF was 0. 09 mg / m^3. The minimum quantitative concentration was 0. 27 mg / m^3( 3. 00 L air collection). The average desorption efficiency of THF was 94. 29%-96. 46% when placed overnight at the room temperature. The within-run and the between-run relative standard deviation were 0. 30%-0. 91% and 0. 66%-1. 23% respectively. THF sample could be stored at room temperature for at least 8 days. Conclusion The method could be widely applied in sampling and detection of THF in workplace air.
