摘 要:油纸复合绝缘广泛用于电力变压器、高压套管、电力电缆等电力设备中,而多数油浸式设备缺陷/故障是由油纸绝缘材料的老化/劣化所引起,因此合理、准确检测及评估油纸绝缘状态对确保设备安全可靠运行及延长使用寿命等均具有重要作用。近年来介电响应技术因其准确度高、测量结果可靠等优点被广泛应用于油纸绝缘状态检测与故障诊断中,在广泛调研油纸绝缘介电响应技术研究及应用情况的基础上,介绍了3种介电响应测试方法定义与原理,及现有油纸绝缘介电响应函数的理论解释模型与方法;结合多类油浸设备现场实际,重点讨论了介电响应现场应用进展及影响因素情况,并分析了存在的问题与对策;最后对介电响应技术在电力设备绝缘状态检测与评估未来的发展方向提出了展望。Oil-paper insulation is widely used in power equipment such as power transformer, high voltage bushing, power cables. Currently, major defects and/or failures are caused by insulating materials' ageing and/or degradation, thus, the reasonable and effective insulation condition detection and assessment are of significance in guaranteeing reliable operation and prolonging the usage life of power equipment. Dielectric response technology, with the advantages of accurate and reliable results, has been widely used for condition assessment of oil-immersed equipment in recent years. On the basis of extensive analyses of dielectric response study and application, we introduced three kinds of dielectric response methods, including RVM, PDC, and FDS, and relevant theories, as well as the theoretic explanation models for oil-paper insulation dielectric response function. Combined with multi-type oil-immersed equipment's situations on-site, the progress of dielectric response measurement and influencing factors are emphatically discussed, the existing problems are analyzed, and related suggestions are put forward. Finally, the future direction of condition detection and assessment based on dielectric response technology are also presented.
