摘  要:针对有源调谐型混合有源滤波器(HPF)单独投运时5次谐波短时放大和直流侧电压难以控制的问题,提出了与5次无源滤波器(PF)联合投运的解决方案;在联合投运的基础上,提出了基于有源滤波器(APF)输出电压定时调整的谐波控制方法,根据剩余谐波矢量调整APF输出电压矢量,从而减小剩余谐波;提出了一种改进的直流侧电压控制方法来减小APF输出的基波电流,通过矢量分析,得出令APF输出的基波电流最小的控制量,进一步减小APF的容量。仿真研究表明5次谐波短时放大情况得到明显改善,直流电压波动量减小约90%,APF基波电流减小约40%~80%;表明了所提出的联合投运能够良好解决谐波短时放大和直流侧电压困难问题,所提出谐波控制方法能够有效控制谐波,改进的直流侧电压控制方法能够有效减小APF的容量。To solve the problems of short-term amplification of 5th order harmonic and the difficult control of DC voltage when active tuned hybrid power filter(HPF) is put into operation, we proposed a method of joint operation of HPF and passive filter(PF). On the basis of joint operation,we proposed a harmonic control method based on timing adjustment of active power filter(APF) output voltage, in which APF output voltage vector was adjusted according to residual harmonic current vector to reduce harmonic current. Moreover, we proposed an improved control method of DC voltage to reduce the fundamental current of APF, and the controlled quantity which produced the minimum fundamental current was obtained through vector analysis. The simulation results show that the problem of short-term amplification of 5th order harmonic is solved, the fluctuation of DC voltage is reduced by 90% and the fundamental current of APF is reduced by 40%~80%. Therefore, with proposed methods the two problems mentioned above can be well solved with good filtering performance and low APF power rating.
