摘  要:对高碳低合金钢球进行了回火后冷处理。通过力学性能测试、金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察,研究了冷处理温度对高碳低合金钢球力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:在室温至-80℃的冷处理后,随冷处理温度降低,高碳低合金钢球的硬度增大,冲击韧度减少。在-70℃时冲击韧度明显降低,其断口微观特征为部分韧窝形貌的准解理断口。冷处理后的组织更加细化,马氏体、残留奥氏体的含量和形貌发生变化,碳化物弥散均匀分布。The cold treatment after tempering of high-carbon low alloy steel balls was carded out. The effect of cold treatment temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high-carbon low alloy steel balls was studied by mechanical properties test, metaUographic microscope and scanning electron microscope observation. The results show that after cold treatment from room temperature to -80 ℃, with the decrease of the temperature of the cold treatment, the hardness of the high-carbon low alloy steel balls increases and the impact toughness decreases. The impact toughness decreases significantly at -70℃, and microscopic characteristics of the fracture is quasi cleavage fracture with part dimple morphology. The microstructure after cold treatment is more refined, the contents and morphologies of martensite and retained austenite change, and carbides are uniform disperse distribution.
