摘 要:连续收集2012年1月至2015年3月住院的1589例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照HbA1C的五分位数进行分组,采用一般线性模型,调整患者年龄、体重指数、收缩压和血肌酐后分析HbA1C与血尿酸的相关性。按照HbA1C〈9.0%和39.0%分组,以血尿酸为因变量,HbA1C为白变量进行线性回归分析。结果显示,随着血尿酸的增高,体重指数、腰围、三酰甘油水平、脂肪肝患病率逐渐增高。在HbA1C第1至第5分位组,2型糖尿病住院患者血尿酸水平与HbA1C水平负相关,但在HbA1C≥7.0%的男性和≥9.0%的女性,应在血糖控制后重新评估血尿酸水平。Data from 1 589 consecutive inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2012 to March 2015 were collected. The patients were divided into five groups according to the quintile of HbA1C, The association between serum uric acid (SUA) and HbA1C was tested using a general linear model after adjusting for age, body mass index ( BMI), systolic blood pressure, and creatinine. Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the association between SUA and HbA1C in patients with HbAlc 〈9.0% and HbA1C≥9.0%, respectively. The results showed that BMI, waist circumference, triglycerides, and the incidence of fatty liver were elevated with increased serum uric acid level. SUA was negatively associated with HbALc level in inpatients with type 2 diabetes. However, SUA should be measured after glycemic control in men with HbA1C≥7.0% and women with HbA1C≥9.0%.
