摘 要:目的应用3D打印技术制作房间隔缺损(ASD)解剖模型,探讨3D打印模型在特殊类型ASD诊疗中的临床应用价值。方法收集25例继发孔型ASD患者,均行CTA检查,将扫描数据输入FitMe影像处理软件进行三维重建,将重建数据输入3D打印机进行打印。根据3D打印模型进行模拟介入治疗并制定介入手术方案。结果 25例ASD模型均制作成功。对7例多孔型ASD采用ASD封堵器介入治疗成功,4例下腔型ASD采用PDA封堵器封堵成功,其余病例由于缺损直径过大或结构特殊未行介入治疗。结论 3D打印ASD模型技术具有可行性,对于较为复杂的ASD可通过术前模拟介入治疗以提高手术成功率。Objective To make the anatomical models of atrial septal defects(ASD)by 3D printing technology,and investigate the clinical value of 3D printing models in diagnosis and treatment of special ASD.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with ASD were collected and all the patients underwent cardiac CT,and then the CT data were processed with FitMe 3D image prcessing software to get the modified 3D reconstruction pictures,then put these data in STL format into the 3D printer.The interventional therapy were simulated according to 3D printing models.Results All the 3D printing models in 25 patients were produced successfully,7 cases of multiple ASD were treated by ASD occluders,4 cases of inferior vena type ASD were treated by PDA occluders.The rest of the patients did not undergo intervention therapy because of the too large defects or the special structure.Conclusion The technology of 3D printed ASD models is feasible,it can be used to improve successful rate of operation and provide a new treatment idea by simulating intervention therapy on the models for the complex ASD.
