摘  要:针对复杂机械产品装配规划过程中可能出现的装配序列组合爆炸问题和物理连接性设计缺陷,提出一种基于免疫仿生机理的装配物理连接性设计缺陷的自动辨识与优化修复算法。为有效解决子装配体的自动识别和稳定连接问题,重新定义了装配物理约束关系的连接矩阵,利用该连接矩阵的编码特征和免疫系统的疫苗接种策略定制了设计缺陷的辨识算子、修复疫苗和子装配体的识别与调整疫苗,并将三者进行集成构建了装配物理连接性设计缺陷的免疫辨识与修复算法。以含有子装配体结构的减速器为装配实例,验证了该免疫辨识与修复算法的有效性和正确性。Aiming at the possible problems of combinatorial explosion and physical connectivity design defects in complex mechanical products assembly planning,an automatic identification and modification algorithm for assembly physical connectivity design defects based on immune mechanism was proposed.To solve automatic identification and stable connection problems of sub-assembly,the connection matrix of assembly physical constraint was redefined,whose encoding features was used with vaccination strategies of immune system to draw identification operator and modification vaccine of design defect and identification vaccine and adjustment vaccine of sub-assembly.Through integrating above modules,an immune identification and modification algorithm for assembly physical connectivity design defects was established.A decelerator assembly example contained sub-assembly structure was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and correctness of proposed algorithm.
