摘  要:为有助于在早期设计阶段评估产品制造过程能耗、改进产品设计方案、促进制造节能,提出一种基于设计特征的机械产品制造过程能耗关联建模方法。提出产品宏结构特征(空间位置关系与连接关系)与微结构特征(材料特征、形状特征、尺寸特征、技术特征)的概念,来表征产品零部件间层层约束关系;建立基于设计特征的产品设计方案表达模型。对制造过程直接能耗和间接能耗与产品设计特征进行关联性分析,提出基于设计特征的制造能耗量化方法,建立了产品制造过程能耗关联模型。以计算和分析某变速箱行星架制造能耗为例,验证了所提方法的可行性。To evaluate product manufacturing energy consumption in early design phase and promote energy saving in manufacturing process from the perspective of product design,a correlation model of product manufacturing energy consumption based on design features was proposed.The concept of macrostructure features(spatial relationship and connection mode)and microstructure features(material feature,shape feature,size feature,technical requirement feature)were proposed to express constraint relations between parts,and a product design scheme based on design features was established.The manufacturing energy consumption was divided into direct energy consumption and indirect energy consumption,and the relationships between design features and direct or indirect energy consumption were analyzed.The correlation model and calculating method of product manufacturing energy consumption based on design features were presented.The calculating manufacturing process energy consumption of a gearbox planet carrier was taken as an example to verify the feasibility of proposed method.
