摘  要:针对设计要求,以反激电路为例,设计了一款小功率开关电源,其核心为主控电路设计和高频变压器设计,完成了高频变压器的磁心材料选择、铁心形状选择及主要参数的计算,并利用TL494作为核心芯片,通过输出电压反馈电路调节稳压输出。测试表明,该开关电源具有效率高、纹波小、输出电压稳定等特点。According to the design requirements, a low-power switching power supply has been designed based on fly-back circuit. Its core is the design of the main control circuit and high-frequency transformer.The core material selection, the core shape selection of the high-frequency transformer and its calculation of the main parameters are completed. The output voltage feedback circuit is used to regulate the output voltage based on the kernel control chip TL494. The test shows that the switching power supply has the characteristics of high efficiency, small ripples, stable output voltage and so on.
