某医院预约手术临时变化因素与手术风险分析

摘　　要：目的统计医院预约手术取消和临时增加情况,分析隐性手术安全隐患。方法对某医院2014年660例临时取消和3 759例临时增加手术情况进行回顾性调查、归类统计,对其临床因素及管理因素等进行汇总、分析。结果预约手术临时取消与增加,存在医师因素、患者因素、管理因素等多种原因。结论临时取消和增加预约手术是医院管理需要关注的手术安全因素之一,是围手术期安全管理的一个重要因素。Objective Statistics for canceling and temporary increasing the reservation operation and analysis of hidden safety risk of operation. Methods Retrospective investigation and classification statistics of the cases,including 660 cases of temporary cancellation and 3759 of increased operations in 2014,the paper summarized and analyzed the clinical factors and management factors. Results There are many reasons in the doctors,patients and management factors for temporary cancellation and increasing of the reservation operation. Conclusion Temporary canceling or increasing reservation operation is one of the important factors which need to be paid attention in hospital management. It is an important factor in the safety management of the preoperative period.
