摘　　要：目的防范医疗风险,确保疗养安全。方法对128份应急救治的疗案记录和15次应急救治模拟演练结果分析,查找存在的问题、寻求解决办法。结果存在现场急救经验不足、急救物品放置不合理、现场抢救记录不便捷等问题,从医务人员急救演练常态化、急救药品器材分类式箱装化、急救医疗文书表格化等方面入手构建疗养院移动急救单元是解决办法之一。结论移动急救单元能有效防范医疗风险,确保疗养安全。Objective To reduce medical risk and ensure the safety of convalescence. Methods 128 sanatorium medical records and 15 simulated exercises report about emergency treatment were analyzed,find out the problems,and seek for solutions. Results Absent emergency treatment experience for emergency doctors on spot,unfit placement of first- aid supplies,inconvenient emergency medical records are the main problems. Construction of mobile first- aid unit includes some feasible solutions like as normalizing the drill of emergency treatment,packing containers for first- aid supplies,tabulating the emergency medical records. Conclusion Construction of mobile first- aid unit can reduce medical risk and ensure the safety of convalescence.
