军队医院实施“互联网+医疗”的战略思考

摘　　要：实施"互联网+医疗"战略,对加快军队医院现代化建设,提高整体医疗保障水平,具有积极意义。本文总结前期探索实践"互联网+医疗"的主要经验做法,从确立新理念、拓展新内涵、创建新模式、构建新环境、形成新机制等五个方面进行详细阐述,以期对推进军队医院实施"互联网+医疗"战略提供借鉴。The implementation of＂Internet ＋ medical＂strategy in military hospitals significantly speed up the military hospital modernization process and improve the overall level of medical security. In this paper,we summarize the main experiences of previous ＂Internet ＋ medical＂practice in five aspects,including establishing new ideas,expanding new connotation,creating new model,constructing new environment and new mechanism etc.,for the sake of providing reference to promote the implementation of ＂Internet ＋ medical＂strategy in military hospitals.
