摘　　要：目的对2014—2015年某军队医院临床科室运行效率进行测量和评价。方法本研究基于数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)CCR模型和BCC模型,采用DEAP 2.1软件对某军队医院临床科室运行效率进行测算。结果2014—2015年,医院临床科室平均综合技术效率值略有下降,医院内科系统科室平均综合技术效率值高于外科系统;医院临床科室平均纯技术效率值略有下降,外科系统平均纯技术效率值高于内科系统;医院临床科室平均规模效率值略有下降,内科系统平均规模效率值明显高于外科系统。结论科室运行效率待进一步提高,不同学科发展水平存在差异,军队医院应积极融入公立医院改革。Objective The operation efficiency of clinical departments in a military hospital from 2014 to2015 were all analyzed and evaluated. Methods The CCR model and BCC model of Data Envelopment Analysis were employed to evaluate the operation efficiency of clinical departments in a military hospital. Results The average overall technical efficiency went down and the internal medicine departments＇ efficiency value was higher than the surgical departments. The average pure technical efficiency went down and the surgical medicine departments＇ efficiency value was higher than the internal departments. The average scale efficiency went down and the internal medicine departments＇ efficiency value was obviously higher than the surgical departments. Conclusion The clinical departments should improve the operation efficiency. There are differences above the clinical departments. Military hospitals should blend in the reform of public hospitals.
