摘　　要：本文阐述新时期研究型医院医德医风建设的内涵和新特点,结合中共十八大会议精神和医院医德医风建设实践经验,对作为医疗机构领头羊和风向标的研究型医院加强医德医风建设、推动医院持续健康发展进行论述。This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the medical ethics construction in the research- oriented hospital in the new period. In accordance with the spirit of 18 th CPC National Congress and the practice of medical ethics construction in our hospital,the paper expounds sustainable medical ethics construction of the research- oriented hospital.
