军队医院国家住院医师规范化培训模式的建立与改进

摘　　要：西部地区承担国家住院医师规范化培训起步较晚,没有现成的模式可供借鉴。本院作为国家首批培训基地,坚持边摸索边实践,在教学组织建立、教学制度建立、教学师资培训、教学环节质控、教学条件改善、学员日常管理和教学经费管控等方面,逐步建立了与实际情况相适应的培训模式,受到上级主管部门的肯定。同时,对优化培训理念、培训手段和培训内容方面进行思考和改进。The national standardized training of residents started late in the west region of China,and there is no ready- made mode lesson. As the first group of national training depot,our hospital keeps on exploring and practicing. A new training mode has been built up which including the building of teaching organization,teaching institution,training of teachers,quality control of teaching process,teaching conditions,daily management of student,and management of teaching fund. New training mode is praised by higher- level competent department. Meanwhile,some suggestions on the training idea,training method,and training content were put forward.
