摘　　要：目的医院OA系统(Office Automation)为载体,形成模块化的日志登录、传递、发布、反馈、处理为一体内部综合动态办公日志系统。方法基于OA系统依据PDCA循环理念设计动态办公日志系统。着重分析系统设计特征,提出适用于医院行政工作的框架模块。结果形成集合医院行政事务、工作方式、动态反馈与学习成长一体的平台,展示中层干部日程管理模块的应用相关实践成果。结论动态办公日志系统能有效分析行政投入与产出之间的关系,切实改进职能部门工作作风、提升工作质量、服务医院发展,同时期望拓展更广阔的应用范围。Objective To form an integrated dynamic office log system which includes function of login,transmission,report,feedback,treatment module as a whole,by using hospital office automation. Methods The dynamic office log system is used PDCA cycle and based on hospital office automation. This paper emphatically discussed design features. Framework modules are focused on building a set of administrative works in hospitals.Results The system comes to an integrated hospital management,operation mode,dynamic feedback and progress. Activity management model of middle- level cadres which had ideal running effect was shown in this paper.Conclusion The dynamic office log system plays a powerful role in analyzing of the relationship between administrative input and administrative output,promoting the changes in the functions of departments,improving quality of work,servicing for hospital development,so as to broaden the research fields of application.
