摘　　要：目的探讨Obestatin对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法四甲基偶氮唑盐法检测Obestatin对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖影响;AnnexinⅤ-FITC/PI流式细胞术分析obestain对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞凋亡率,应用方差分析和t检验。结果 obestatin抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖,剂量依赖性,与对照组相比,P<0.05,有显著性差异。加入obestatin干预后前脂肪细胞凋亡率较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 Obestatin抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖并且促进其凋亡。Objective To explore the effect of ghrelin on the proliferation and apoptosis of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes.Methods MTT method was used to detect proliferation of 3T3- L1 preadipocytes by obestatin.The influence of obestatin on the apoptotic rate of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes was analyzed by Annexin V-FITC/PI flow cytometry.analysis of variance and t test. Results Compared with the blank control group,obestatin-treatedgroups（various concentrations of obestatin）had significantly less ceils（P〈0.05）. After the intervention of obestatin,the apoptotic rate of preadipocytes increased significantly when compared with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Obestatin can inhibit the proliferation of 3T3-L1 preadipocyes and its apoptosis.
