摘  要:目的探讨UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪细菌计数的性能,并建立其生物参考区间。方法选取2012年4月1日至2012年5月31日间1 073份健康查体人群的尿液样本,从精密度、准确度、携带污染率和线性范围等方面评价UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪细菌计数的性能,以95%作为生物参考区间上限,并进行验证。结果各项指标均在仪器要求范围内,尿细菌计数的生物参考区间为(0~340)个/μl,该生物参考区间可接受。结论各实验室应依据样本采集及检测方法建立自己的尿细菌计数生物参考区间,为临床应用提供依据。Objective To evaluate the performance of UF-1000 i urine sedimentary analyzer in urinary bacterial count,and establish its biological reference interval. Methods The precision,accuracy,contamination rate and linear range were evaluated. Moreover,urinary bacterial counts from 1 073 healthy people were detected; 95% was expressed as the upper limit of the biological reference interval that was verified. Results All indexes were in the allowable range supplied by the instrument,and the biological reference interval of urinary bacterial count was( 0 ~ 340)/μl and was acceptable. Conclusion The laboratory should establish its own biological reference interval based on the sample collection and measure methods,providing the basis for the clinical application.
