优质护理对胃癌患者术后胃肠道功能恢复和并发症及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复、并发症及满意度的影响。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月间收治的150例胃癌手术患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。观察组患者采用优质护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复、并发症及护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术后肛门排气时间、胃管拔除时间、下床活动时间均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者肺部感染、切口感染、粘连性肠梗阻、吻合口瘘等并发症发生率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理有利于胃癌患者术后胃肠功能的恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,complications and satisfaction degree of patients with gastric cancer. Methods The150 patients with gastric cancer in Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Medical University during the period from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomized into the observation group（ high quality nursing） and control group（ routine nursing） according to the random number method,75 patients per group. The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative anal exhaust time,extubation time and ambulation time were significantly reduced in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）; Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications including pulmonary infection,incision infection,intestinal obstruction due to adhesions,anastomotic fistula was obviously decreased in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）;Compared with the control group,the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing is in favor of postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery for patients with gastric cancer,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the patients＇ satisfaction degree for nursing service.
